Carol Collins is one of Slifer Smith & Frampton’s top producing brokers and has been a top broker in her office. She has lived in the Vail Valley since 1969 and quickly developed a sense for real estate, buying vacant land on the Vail Golf Course where she now resides. Carol became a real estate broker in 1973. Her knowledge of real estate grew with the town, hence she can answer questions relating to second homes, condominiums, permanent residences, and ranches. Carol was the broker for the exclusive Tower Residences at Lion Square, Vail Village Inn Phase II, and in Beaver Creek, The Custom Homes on Village Walk, Saddle Ridge, and The Fairways. She also participated as a Limited Partner in the developments of Eagle-Vail and Arrowhead.
Carol raised her two children here in the Vail Valley and has been active in community beginning with the very first Gerald Ford Golf Invitational and education for children with learning disabilities. As a cancer survivor she became interested in supporting the local Shaw Cancer Center by organizing the Cancer Community Dinner for several years. Her personal interests besides her children and grandchildren involve the cultural venues and all the outdoor sports the Valley has to offer, with a particular love for hiking. She also enjoys the privacy of her ranch land where she runs a cattle-leasing operation. Her office is located in the Beaver Creek Park Hyatt where she is a member of the Beaver Creek Club. Carol also has a home office in Vail where she is a member of the Vail Mountain Club.
