Carol Collins is one of Slifer Smith & Frampton’s top producing brokers. She has lived in the Vail Valley since 1969 and quickly developed a sense for real estate, buying vacant land on the Vail Golf Course where shes still resides. Carol became a real estate broker in 1973, and her knowledge of real estate grew with the town. She can answer questions relating to second homes, condominiums, permanent residences and ranches. Carol was the broker for the exclusive Tower Residences at Lion Square, Vail Village Inn Phase II, and in Beaver Creek, The Custom Homes on Village Walk, Saddle Ridge and The Fairways. She also participated as a Limited Partner in the developments of EagleVail and Arrowhead.
Carol raised her two children here in the valley and has been consistently active in the community. She helped with the very first Gerald Ford Golf Invitational and works on education for children with learning disabilities. As a cancer survivor, she became interested in supporting the local Shaw Cancer Center by organizing the Cancer Community Dinner for several years.
Carol's personal interests (besides her children and grandchildren) involve the cultural venues and all the outdoor sports the Valley has to offer. She particular loves hiking and enjoys the privacy of her ranch where she runs a cattle-leasing operation. Her office is located in the Beaver Creek Park Hyatt.
